（中央社記者曹宇帆洛杉磯16日專電）美國總統當選人川普（Donald Trump）還沒上任，連串不符美國常態處理外交事務的舉措令人傻眼，尤其他挑戰美國行之有年的一中政策，讓亞太區域掀起陣陣漣漪。
「洛杉磯時報」（LA Times）刊載「川普兌現他外交事務不可預測的承諾，並非人人都認為那是個好主意」（Trump is delivering on his promise to beunpredictable on foreign affairs. Not everyone'sconvinced that's a good idea）評論文章，並列總統蔡英文與他的個人照。
文章引述川普政權交接團隊公關顧問米勒（JasonMiller）指出，這種不可預測的期盼並不違背「確保盟友明白我們與他們同一陣線，且對手也知道我們與他們意見不一」。
前總統小布希（George W. Bush）主政期間，曾在國務院擔任要職的美國史丹佛大學教授克雷斯納（Stephen Krasner）分析，川普的不確定，可能牽動亞太局勢驟變。
他說，像是美國軍事與貿易的主要盟友南韓，可能會與中國走得更近，並促使日本考慮發展核武。
文章指出，尤有甚者，川普勝選後，接聽蔡總統的賀電，打破數十年美國外交慣例且事先毫無預警，觸碰中國界定的主權核心原則，他接受福斯新聞台（FOXNews）專訪時，更大談不應受一中政策束縛。
文章指出，即使區域間的關係如此錯綜複雜，美國在其中只需關注，基於多方利益考量，以遏止北韓發展核武，並維持全球經濟穩定和對抗氣候變遷，或許中國無意展開貿易戰，否則美、中最後可能會兩敗俱傷。1051217
